Someone posted a comment on my site but it's not showing up. Where are the comments?

By default, comments are posted on your website pending moderation.  In other words, until you approve a comment it will not appear on your website.  To approve a comment, log in to your admin panel at yourdomain.com/admin.  On the control panel home page you’ll see “Site Statistics” on the right side.  At the bottom of this box you will see “Comments Awaiting Validation” with a hyperlinked number.  Click on this link to view all pending comments for your website.  To approve the comments, check the box next to each comment you would like to approve, then select “open selected” from the drop down menu and press “submit.” This will change the status of the comments from “closed” to “open” and they will appear on your website instantly.

It is highly advised that you moderate your comments to keep your site free of inappropriate content.  However, if you would prefer not to moderate your comments, please contact support and a support representative will change this setting on your account.
