I uploaded a custom logo and it's not displaying properly / my new logo broke my site. How can I fix this?

First, make sure that your logo is the proper dimensions.  The recommended logo size is 500x130 pixels.  If your logo is more than 500 pixels wide or 130 pixels tall your site may not display properly.

If your logo is the correct size, make sure you’re uploading a logo in the proper format.  Acceptable formats are JPG (recommended) GIF, and PNG.  Be sure that your file is one of these types.  If you made your logo in a photo editing program, you may have accidentally saved it in that program’s native format, such as PSD.

If you created your logo as a transparent GIF and it looks distorted, consider using our blank JPG templates instead.  Use the color gradient that matches your site’s theme as your background and save the file as a JPG instead of using a transparent background and saving as GIF.
