I added sub-categories to my existing categories but they're not displaying on my website. How do I enable sub-categories?

Most MyPlayer customers prefer not to use sub-categories and as a result, our default settings for new accounts have the sub-category navigation structure disabled.  To have your website’s sub-category navigation enabled, return to the main support page and fill out the support form.  Be sure to select the subject, “Request for sub-categories to be enabled or disabled.”

A support representative will enable your sub-categories as quickly as possible and notify you via e-mail when the changes have been made.
